Scrum Master/technical Program Manager Job in Convera Corporation

You will be responsible for: Coaching at least two Scrum Teams in agile best practices Facilitating scrum ceremonies Coordinating dependencies between your teams and others in your program Communicating status/blockers/impediments and facilitating their removal with your team and other teams Participating in Agile Delivery Community of Excellence to promote agile best practices across the company Leading teams to deliver software that creates value for our customers Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration Being the point of contact for external communications (e.g., From customers or stakeholders) Working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Helping teams implement changes effectively Ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guiding development teams to higher scrum maturity Helping build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it Assisting with higher level coaching of the Product & Technology Org in better ways of working Designing and implement new ways of working Presenting workshops on agile best practices You should apply if you have: Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline. 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or a Technical Program Manager Experience using Scrum FinTech experience Agile Certification (i.e., Scrum Alliance, Scrum, Inc., etc.) Experience working in a fast-paced technology company Experience working with global teams An Understanding of various Agile planning and delivery models Strong communication skills Can work independently or in a team Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills
