Job Overview :

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering an exceptional and professional recruitment service to Contis (in collaboration with Solarisbank)

A talent acquisition sourcer's responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

You will administer all sourcing efforts and act as a trusted advisor to internal/external stakeholders and teammates.You also manage the relevant Indian job boards and make sure we are always live

    We have talented teams across all our functions, and we are always interested in talking to more talented people who want to be a part of this journey.

    Responsibilities & Duties :

    • Coordinate in overall recruitment processes: sourcing, evaluating, and screening potential candidates through social media, job boards and additional recruiting tools.
    • Conduct and schedule initial screens/interviews.
    • Support in building a talent pipeline through scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Updating our employee records and trackers.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
