Job Summary

Maintain daily machine performance of Mannual wire bonding machines. Maintenance related to machine breakdown/ Preventive Maintenance, etc. Process settings for all KandS and EMB machines. Operations and Maintenance of ASM. WB.

Minimum Requirements

Candidate should be Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical with 8 to 10 yrs of experience. Having good knowledge of Electronics basics. Having Positive attitude and good communication.
