About the Job

Selected candidates will be trained in the intricacies of software product design and development. They will undergo exhaustive training, guidance and mentorship which will be a mix of classroom training, on the job training and project assignments as shadows based on personal aptitude, performance, and business needs of the organization.

They will be using and working with the latest tools, technologies, and experienced software professional and get exposed to working style of international customers.

Eligibility to Apply

Aspirants qualifying following conditions can apply

• Engineering Graduates from 2020, 2021 and 2022 Pass outs only
• Should have done graduation and post-graduation from a full-time regular course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
• Max 2 years of gap in education allowed (10th to graduation)
• 50% and above throughout 10th, 12th, Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification

Aspirants should have any one of the following academic qualifications to apply

• B.E/B. Tech/B.Sc. (CSE, IT), MCA, M. Tech/ME(CSE.IT)/BCA

Compensation & Benefits

• Selected candidates will be evaluated and compensated for either of Elite or Prime levels, based on their interest, aptitude and willingness to excel
• Salary- 3.5- 5.5 LPA (based on fitment for R&D and Development roles)
• Service agreement for 24 months post confirmation
• Service agreement may not be applicable for people who may get evaluated at Jr. Associate level

Selection & Assessment Process

All applicants will be going through the below assessment process:

• Candidates qualifying the eligibility criteria will receive acknowledgement mail with date and time of online test, within a week of submission of their application.
• Online Test (1 hr 35 mins): Sections are Psychometric, General Aptitude, Programming Aptitude, Programming Concept (Subjective)
• Candidate shortlisted from online assessment to go through one round of Technical F2F. The same will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via mail.
• Candidate shortlisted from technical F2F to go through one round of PM cum HR round.
• Candidates selected post above round will be communicated with offer via mail by Contata HR.
