Roles & Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be groomed to take the responsibilities for the development, implementation, and management of all aspects of our global business development, Primarily the Customer Acquisition strategies, marketing research, plans and executions including:

• Seeking out new sales opportunities through market research followed by different outreach programs such as cold calling, emails, networking, and social media
• Interact with C-Level executives, & Top Decision makers of the Company to initiate the engaging conversation.
• Identifying client needs, proposing solutions and furnishing clients with all required information about the organization, service offerings etc.
• Understand & define sales pipeline, industry verticals, target audience.
• Prepare, update & manage the relevant sales collaterals

Skills & Aptitude Required

• Excellent written/ verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well individually
• Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills.
• Familiar with current market and technology trends.
• Enthusiastic, team player, self-starter and quality focused individual.
• Outstanding needs-analysis, positioning, business justification, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Ms-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) required

Eligibility to Apply

MBA or Equivalent in any discipline from 2020, 2021 & 2022 pass outs only.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary- 3.5- 5.5 LPA
• Higher Compensation for candidates having relevant experience
• Service agreement for 24 months post confirmation

Selection & Assessment Process

All applicants will be going through the below assessment process:

• Candidates qualifying the eligibility criteria will receive acknowledgement mail with date and time of online test, within a week of submission of their application.
• Online Test (Psychometric, General Aptitude, English Language, Sales Aptitude)
• Candidate shortlisted from online assessment to go through one round of F2F. The same will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via mail.
• Candidate shortlisted from F2F to go through HR round.
• Candidates selected post above round will be communicated with offer via mail by Contata HR.
