Roles and Responsibilities
*Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production
*Manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed
*Develop processes that will maximize safety, quality and productivity
*Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
*10+ years experience as a Production Manager in Agro Chemical manufacturing,
*Adequate knowledge of business and management principles budgeting, strategic planning, allocation
*Exposure to PFD, PID
