Experience 15 + years. Out of which 10+ years in IT Industry (Present association is mandatory to be with IT Company)

Education Masters in HRM

Expertise Strategic HR, HR Policies and Procedure, Recruitment and selection (bringing right person for right position), Talent Acquisition, T & D, able to keep the employees engaged, philosophy of connect before correct, improving work culture, provide support to the employees of all level, strategic problem solver, Find out the root causes of high rate of iteration, PMS on the basis of performance, Setting targets and JD / KRA and effective in managing Employer Employee relations.

Salary : 10 Lac To 15 Lac P.A.
Qualification :
Integrated PG

14 to 24 Years
