Job Description A Pega Sr. developer, who would be responsible for Analyze the requirements and implement technical solutions on Pega version 8.x Take ownership of the application development and ensure quality. deliverables through best practices. Support technical lead in estimation and design Support in product deployment activities Provide regular updates to lead/Architect on implementation progress and outstanding issues Manage technical rollouts and post-deliverable activities Mentor and guide technical teams. Identify technical risks and mitigation plans Must be able to communicate the solution to customer stakeholders, technical SMEs. Should be able to manage the application demo. Role & Responsibilities Analyze the requirements and implement technical solutions. Take ownership of the application development and ensure quality deliverables through best practices. Must be able to communicate the solution to customer stakeholders, technical SMEs Should be able to manage the application demo. Mandatory Skills Must have 4 6 years of Pega experience (Mandatory). Pega CSSA certification v 7.x (Mandatory). Hand-on experience in Pega implementation, monitoring and debugging. Should have worked on Pega development with independent ownership. Should have good exposure to Pega based REST based Integration Understanding of various BPM life cycle methodologies Solid communication and presentation skills
