• Deployment of ServiceNow applications such as
• Customer Service catalog, Problem Management, Knowledge Management
• Experience with the building blocks of Service now
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, I Policies, UI Actions, Workflows, Data Transformation
• Integrations with Active Directory
• Experience with Discovery or Run book automation is a plus

Experience

• Should have worked with Customers to identify functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful ServiceNow implementation
• Staying current on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
• 10 plus years

Responsibilities

• Participate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring strategic customers
• Demonstrate the product both standard and tailored to prospects and customers
• Responding to RFI/RFP
• Staying current on the product developments/releases to a level required for demos PC/POV
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations
• Act as a ServiceNow SME

Soft skills

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts
• Ability to multi-task ad work on several projects/activities simultaneously
