Job Description The Principal Full Stack Engineer II is responsible for developing high-quality, innovative, fully performing software in compliance with coding standards. This individual works in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure that software deliverables, including designs, codes, and tests, are completed in a timely manner, while remaining aligned with industry and organizational standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail Researches, analyzes, and documents findings May coach and review the work of other team members Designs, modifies, writes, and implements front-end code for software programming applications Oversees development projects from requirement documentation to delivery Defines project scope with stakeholder, creates acceptance criteria, coordinates with project manager, and manages change control throughout the course of development projects Develops and maintains common controls library Evaluates codes to ensure validity, proper structure, alignment with industry standards, and compatibility with operating systems Maintains an understanding of current technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or Job Requirement Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement Must be proficient in Python, Django, Postgres, MySQL, Golang,React,angular Able to conceptualize and design high-quality product features Ability to coach and mentor team members Passionate about learning new technologies and working across varied tech stacks. Hands-on development experience in monolith, web services, web APIs, message queues, and microservices architecture. Candidates should have designed products on AWS or any other public cloud. Should have experience in enterprise applications on cloud or on-premise environments. Has delivered multiple versions of a SaaS-based product to production. Strong proponent of engineering best practices for Unit Testing, Coverage, Code Quality, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment. Should be able to communicate with platform and cross-functional teams. Good working knowledge of supporting tools like version control (e.g., GIT Repositories) and Docker. Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/ECE-related field or equivalent experience 9+ years of relevant experience
