Skills /Experience:

• Candidate should have 15 years of technical expertise in Web/Mobile technology with min 4-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience of managing web platforms (PHP, Open Source, ASP.NET) and all mobile platforms (Android, IOS, etc).
• Must have experience of solution architecture, designing, and implementation of complex applications (Web/Mobile based).
• Deep hands-on technical expertise in mobile and web-technologies, latest trends.
• Should have strong experience of estimation techniques, Technical documentation, development, and quality benchmark.
• Must have excellent experience in client management.
• Must have excellent communication skills to handle international clients.
• Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• The Candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the successful conceptualization, design, development, delivery and ongoing live operation of the project.
• Experience in debugging code/ fixing bugs, understanding the code, provide feedback and improvements, do code reviews.
• Expertise in one of the languages Java / JavaScript Web development experience using HTML / CSS
• Understanding of new technologies (such as Java, Spring, Javascript related technologies like AngularJs and NodeJs, Python SQL databases and no SQL

databases like MongoDb and indexing solutions like ElasticSearch, Twitter Bootstrap, AngularMaterial, ExpressJS, IONIC is a must. Knowledge of Agile Scrum.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities and meets the commercial needs of the client.
• The technical project manager will be responsible for all the technical aspects of the organization.
• The candidate will be responsible for the complete life cycle of a project: Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Analysis, Project Co-ordination, Project Evaluation & Delivery.
• The Candidate will be responsible for managing the team of 10-12 team members [developers, testers, designers, etc.] & proper optimization of allotted resources.
• Coordinate between the client and project team to create and execute project timelines, focusing on the prioritization of additional features and quality improvement
• Monitoring development activities and reporting project progress, Change request.
• The candidate will be responsible for Proactive communication regarding project status, issues & risks to management
• Candidate owns the success or failure of Project in their entirety and simultaneously must balance a client s expectations and budget limitations while doing so.
• The candidate will be responsible for timely & effective communication with the clients & internal team members for high client satisfaction.

• Candidate Must have experience in Development.
• Should possess knowledge of coding and debugging.
• Must have experience with International Clients.
