Role Details

We are looking for an ambitious Accountant to provide support to the Accounts Department by managing daily accounting tasks with 1 or 3 years of experience.This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success.

Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Preparation/ Calculation of Monthly Salary, making of Salary Slips and maintaining of daily Employees Attendance Records
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of Balance Sheets, Income Statements, preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement and other Accounts statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Having working knowledge in Tally
• To get update Passbooks, Bank Statements, for applying Cheque Books, Maintaining Bank Records in timely manner from the Banks.
• Knowledge in Cheque deposit/ cash deposit and cash return with the Bank.
• Maintaining for Company Records as well as Bank Records timely manner.
• Maintaining professional relationships with the Vendors and Company Clients.
• File Management/ Office Management
• Taxation related work

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a accountant
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Good understanding of accounting reporting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Basic knowledge on computer workings.

Qualification

• Any Graduation/ Any Post Graduation.
