Manager, Automation Test Engineer Job in Conduent Inc

Job Description :
Good experience in test automation frameworks, Azure DevOps, Jenkins CI/CD,
pipelines, and cloud-based execution platforms.
Should have strong knowledge and experience in Java, selenium, cucumber, Test NG,
Maven
Manage Automation testing resources (Recruit, train, allocate and monitor)
Develop plans to introduce new automation technologies to increase efficiency and
productivity levels within the projects
Communicating with employees to gain feedback about the implementation of new
automation technologies
Creating detailed plans for automating processes within projects,
Analyze test results and test metrics.
Prepare / review / present test reports.
Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc) to ensure
the highest level of software quality.
Experience in creating Automation test plans and strategies
Conducting feasibility studies on automation technologies to improvise wherever needed
Conducting research on new technology to identify opportunities to improve efficiency
and productivity in a business
Developing and defining training needs for employees who will be working in
automation team
Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and
production of high-quality deliverables for clients
Proven ability to manage a team
Manage Delivery by Metrics
