Effective management of the Metallic orders case queue ensuring received emails are replied to within the expected turnaround time, fulfilling requests, and routing to appropriate teams if additional assistance required.

Post and Pre Sales Order Support Addressing provisioning related needs resulting from processed Purchase Order or executed Agreement; to include Swaps, configuration adjustments, granting extensions, removals, etc.

Worldwide sales order bookings

Review of purchase orders for revenue recognition

Work with customers/sales reps to correct issues/questions on sales order bookings.

Provisioning of sales orders

Invoicing of orders adding applicable sales tax

Collaborate with multiple teams and functions within Commvault.

Bachelor s degree in accounting/finance

Good communication skills both written and oral

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salesforce.com knowledge

NetSuite knowledge

Flexibility with work schedule on month and quarter end deadlines

Flexibility to work in shifts.
