  • Job Description:
  • Build and maintain productive relationship with customers.
  • Develop customer strategies for performance metrics, escalation management, and communication.
  • Act as main point of contact for customers regarding business service issues, questions and concerns.
  • Determine budget and timeline for business service delivery
  • Monitor and control expenses.
  • Recruit and lead cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
  • Identify gaps and develop corrective plans.
  • Coordinate and lead account service team to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of business solutions.
  • Develop and maintain service delivery plan and strategic account plan.
  • Perform customer negotiations as and when needed.
  • Implement the Project Management best practices in the Company.
  • Responsible for up selling and cross-selling of the business services and growing accounts.
  • Qualification and Skill Set:
  • BE IT/Computer, BCA/MCA, MSc IT Graduates
  • People with project management experience are appreciated and preferred
  • Ability to handle individual as well as organizational level problems
  • Excellent communication skills are a must for an account delivery manager as he or she needs to interact with localities as well as international officials. Many a times these professionals have to interact virtually, i.e., with people whom they have never even met in person
  • One needs to possess high levels of motivation, because one has to research and keep oneself updated with the latest developments in the field
  • An analytical mind is required because the work profile of an account delivery manager includes analysing the budget policies, cost effectiveness, foresee the performance, etc.
  • Leadership qualities, problem solving ability, etc., are needed to perform well in this field.
  • Notes:
  • Must have experience working on eCommerce projects.
  • Must have managed USA / European based projects.
  • USA B1/B2 Visa is an added advantage.

Qualification :
BE IT/Computer, BCA/MCA, MSc IT Graduates
