Job Summary

The Endpoint Security Senior Manager will run a team of 10 engineers that support Enterprise wide security

systems deployed to keep Comcast s Enterprise and Data Center servers secure and in compliance. The

Manager will work closely with the Endpoint Director and be part of a larger team supporting these Endpoint

applications.

The applications include but are not limited these areas of Security: Endpoint Protection, Email Security,

Security logging, Server Compliance, FIM, IPS, and IDS.

Responsible for the day to day support of key Security applications running in the Comcast environment.

Responsible for the delivery and on-going security support of Comcast.

Responsible to run a highly functioning team that can show ownership and get results.

The candidate will need to be open, innovative, collaborative and flexible as we set to build this team and make

it a success from the start.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (ADD/DELETE AS APPROPRIATE)

Manage a team of Security professionals to build high performing and well-motivated team

Engage and communicate clearly in order to motivate and inspire people to deliver.

Make reward and recognition part of the team culture.

Provide effective management across area of responsibility by having regular 1:1s, Weekly Team meetings, provide continuous feedback.

Create relationships within Security Engineering, Security Operations Center and TPX Security to successfully complete projects and add value.

Build the necessary professional standards & capability personally and within functional area (professional standards; people management; business management; leadership)

Responsible for effective Stakeholder Management including direct customer contact where appropriate

Responsible to make strategic decisions to address gaps in Comcast s security posture.

Contribute to elements of the financial management / P&L responsibility of the department.

Providing security advice and consultancy to Lines of Business within Comcast.

Responsible for implementing Continuous Service Improvement across area of responsibility and Comcast Security where applicable

Manage resources effectively to successfully complete Security and TPX projects and goals.

Effectively communicate status of Projects or Issues with Leadership in a timely manner.

Be able to acknowledge problems and provide quick solutions to keep the business moving forward.

Skills/Experience:

16to 20years Enterprise Security experience.

Experience running large Security Applications supporting 150K Endpoints.

Excellent management skills with the ability build high performing, well-motivated teams.

Effective Communication, including verbal, report writing & presentations skills in English

Business acumen and including financial awareness

Analysis & interpretation of data into useful management information

Experience managing Vendors, Product Roadmaps, and Quarterly Business Reviews
