Job Summary Key areas of responsibility:

Responsible for the generation of increased revenue from the Corporate, Insurance segment and other institution driven segment to group of hospitals within the city.
Lead the vertical in a particular market & continuously drive excellence in this segment .

Main Job Tasks:

Develop comprehensive marketing plan for the corporate segment in conjunction with Marketing Manager
  • Define the objectives from the corporate and insurance segment, evaluate the business opportunities and translate them to clear-cut working plan
  • Develop clear definition of broad sub-segment within the corporate segment and define approach to drive benefits from each of these sub-segments
  • Work with Marketing manager to build resource plan and ensure efficient, clearly defined usage for desired benefit

    Marketing to corporate and third party insurers
    • Build database of key corporations and insurance companies & establish close knit marketing contact to continuously excel contribution from this segment
    • Ensure efficient working system within the hospital for smooth flow of corporate and insurance patients, work with finance, customer care to drive efficient service delivery
    • Drive innovative programs amongst corporations and large institutions to build organization visibility
    • Tie-up with key service providers in pre-insurance business & ensure continuous stream of revenue amongstset of hospitals in the market.
Insurance business and innovative products
  • Identify opportunities and gap in insurance offering and derive innovative insurance products for co-marketingwith the set of hospitals within the region that will enhance value for all associated stakeholders
  • Develop contacts with direct insurance companies to ensure tight control on price being offered

    Community Programs
    • Lead the initiative of Community Cards within the immediate neighbourhood, drive enrolment and membership
    • Run effective outreach program amongst identified schools .


    Preventive Healthcare
    • Work the plan to drive preventive health-check programs
    • Coordinate with internal consultant identify opportunities of promoting preventive healthcare program
Other responsibilities:
  • Receivables coordination with finance for corporate tie-ups and TPAs
  • Internal consultant coordination for health camps and talks amongst corporate organizations
  • Ensure key corporate accounts being served exclusively and tracking mechanism in place
  • Continuous evaluation and tracking on non performing Corporate
  • One point contact for TPA, Insurance and corporate customers along with Customer care team .

Qualification :
MBA/PGDM
