Project /programme Manager Engineering Governance Job in Colt Technology Services Group Limited

The purpose of the role is

• To manage delivery of complex and strategic internal projects to deliver large scale network transformations, network build or network automations.
• To manage multiple projects, therefore a high degree of time management is needed.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high levels of quality, using project management methodology and company standard processes.
• Work closely with internal key stakeholders to unblock program and people related issues

Role specific requirements

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Program Manager and senior Project Manager managing multiple projects.
• Direct experience of working in a structured project environment.
• Experience on large scale transformation (network/systems) projects will be preferred.
• Previous working knowledge of internet and telecommunications networking technologies and related OSS systems
• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing multiple projects.
• Demonstrable business and financial understanding. Must have a good understanding of their business, its customers and market drivers

Qualifications

• MSP, PRINCE2 and/or industry recognised programme management qualification
• Excellent operational, programme and presentation skills
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent Inter-personnel skills
• Personal drive, highly self-motivated and self-organised
• Excellent Team Player and ability to work in an international team
• Flexibility and creativity
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) will be beneficial
