The Candidate will be part of the team responsible for Data Revenue reporting, budgeting & forecasting, flash reporting and working on variance analysis along with review of reports including insightful commentary, encompassing Revenue Waterfall , Churn Report and Other revenue reports.
The role involves management and end to end reporting and Analysis of Data Revenue for Colt Core Business. The total value of Revenue for Data services is in excess of 1bn/pa.
The candidate will also be involved in delivering key management information to Central consolidation teams and cross functional Business Partner teams in order to ensure both consolidation and cascade of value-add business insights through timely and standardised reporting solutions.
- Preparing various scheduled reports for revenue analysis:
- monthly revenue waterfall and Churn Reports
- On-net/off-net revenue analysis
- Revenue Drill Down/Order Level RDD report
- Doing customer level revenue analysis to support adhoc requests from stakeholders;
- Uploading Quarterly forecast numbers on SAP BPC tool.
- Extracting financial data from Business Object/SAP Hana/other systems to make reports
- Working on MS Access to handle huge database while preparing various reports.
- Ensuring adherence to the defined reporting timelines and maintaining output quality standards
- Ensuring robust controls over the reporting process
- Managing ad-hoc task within Core finance related to Data Revenue.
- Communication & Co-ordination with various teams within COLT
- Participate in weekly/Monthly meetings
- Working collaboratively within the team for achievement of common objectives
- Design effective models for ad-hoc analysis and providing simplified/meaningful reporting.
- Propose improvement initiatives based on analysis provided.
