1. To achieve sales targets as required by the company for the area allotted in the Distributor Dealers / Sub-dealers segments.
2. To promote our Wellness, Sanitary ware & Faucet in the assigned region, with Architect, Builder, and Contractor through regular visits.
3. To build up and develop close relationship with existing distributor, dealers / sub-dealers.
4. To appoint new distributor, dealers / sub-dealers in the unrepresented market.
5. Must enjoy good contacts with Architects, Builders.
6. Experience in Channel & Project sales in premium segment will be prefer.
7. To canvass for product approvals & registrations with builders / contractors / architects / departments etc.
8. To formulate sales project status report on monthly basis based on specification done.
Required Candidate profile
Incumbent should be smart, articulate, with good communication skills, strong initiative and having own conveyance.
