Associate Engineer - It Infrastructure - Telephony Job in Colruyt Group

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regular operational support for the General Telephony and Contact Center Platforms as per established processes & procedures
• Participate in the Operational life cycle management processes based on ITIL Eg: Service Request fulfillment, Incident, Problem, Change and Capacity management processes etc.
• Provide L2 support (intermediate level) for General Telephony and Contact Center Platforms
• Working in a team to realize and implement various projects in line with the business requirements
• End to end delivery of selected project tasks from offshore

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good Knowledge on unified communications (Voice Calls, Messaging, Chat, and contact centers)
• IP & SIP based communications and Voice Protocols (SIP, UDP, RTP & TCP)
• Audiocodes Session Border Controllers, Genesys Pureconnect Contact Centers, Asterisk, Audiocodes Routing Manager (ARM) & Skype For Business.
• Telephone lines (PSTN, BRI, PRI, SIP Trunks) and Telephony Gateways.
• Knowledge on fixed mobile unification (FMU)
• IP phones (Hard / Soft / Smart Phones / Analog phones).
• Basic Exchange Services
• Experience in working at a large enterprise level & highly available infrastructure setup (availability > 99.5%)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to solve issues in an autonomous way for one specific domain
• Appetite for complex problem analysis over multiple domains/teams
• Fundamental knowledge of networking essentials, Servers, Storage, etc

Good to have:

• Experience of working with ITIL framework
• Knowledge of the monitoring, Automation and troubleshooting and reporting
• Knowledge on Syslogs and SNMP
• Good communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues clearly and logically both in writing and verbally.
• Good team player, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage own assignments and coordinate well within the team
• Should be open to work in Shifts / On call
