Job Summary

Key Job Responsibility

  • Will be responsible for driving continuous improvement & scaling up in all aspects of Sales, Operations & Marketing in the assigned Zone to achieve the business objectives
  • Drive Initiatives in the Zone to achieve the overall sales objectives
  • Build and Scale up the existing Business in the zone at multi-fold levels
  • Identify new business opportunities for Collegedunia and build systems & processes for the fulfilment of the new Business
  • Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at the zonal level in the areas of Market Development & Sales Operation
  • Identify the critical/burning issues of the Zone affecting sales & take remedial action/ escalate wherever needed
  • Continuously identify gaps in the regular working of Account Managers, State & City Heads and create solutions to remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business
  • Identify and work with the Operations Team & Account Manager to develop Delivery Strategy for the Accounts in the zone

Requirements

  • Ensure timely recruitment and retention of right quality people
  • Achieve clarity on role & responsibilities, and Expectations of all Account Managers by regular interaction
  • Impart training on roles & responsibilities of all the involved team members- Account Managers, City & State Heads
  • Implement the performance and potential management system including career planning & development of key employees
  • Continuously audit the market work done by all Account Managers; assess and give guidance to improve market working
  • Identify poorly performing Team Members and take suitable remedial actions

Requirements

  • Tier 1 Engineering/MBA College
  • Minimum 5 years B2B/Corporate Sales experience/Category Manager
  • Consultative selling
  • Team Management Experience (Mandatory)
  • Digital Marketing Exposure (Recommended)
  • Proven experience in negotiating deals/implementing programs at scale
  • Analytical skills & excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics
  • Ability to work seamlessly with large cross-functional teams and meet timelines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills
