Make a difference by
Partnering with multiple function leaders in key businesses to help them plan
and meet their manpower requirements, organizational design, succession
planning, and skills assessment
Drive the desired organization culture in the respective functions using
targeted interventions at team, function, and cross-functional levels
Create and manage a framework for talent management of all employees, focusing on investing in their learning & growth
Enabling the managers and employees in driving a transparent & on time
feedback and communication management framework
Building frameworks to proactively manage employee retention
Spearhead redressal of all employee grievances in the function by building an
employee-first culture and team
Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend
solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
Take insights (on people agenda) from the function to drive organization level
people programs and interventions
Job requirements
Passion for building an employee-first & a high-performance culture
5-8 years of having worked as an HR Business Partner, preferably in consumer product startups
People management experience is a plus.
Strong familiarity and experience working with growing startups and the
relevant functions
Demonstrable ability to influence and partner with business leads to achieve
5 to 8 Years
