Responsibilities:

Abilityto understand customer issue and route to appropriate team

TicketCreation/Categorization/Prioritization

Incidentresolution and recovery

Ensureon meeting daily KPIs

Receivingand making end user calls

Providefirst level resolutions

Ticketescalation to respective Support Group

Requirements:

Overall Experience-

1 to3 years

Mandatory Experience-

Minimum1 year experience in an International BPO.

Experiencein Voice/Semi Voice process.

Expertisein Technical Skills.

Desirable Experience-

Experiencein International Calling

Experiencein Technical Support domain

Experiencein Salesforce, CRM

ExcellentCustomer handling skills

Others-

Understandingof Salesforce, CRM applications functionalities which can be used viaSalesforce

Exposureand experience in L1 Support
