Job Summary

Your Responsibilities

  • BUSINESS LEADERSHIPSetting up a long-term vision for the organization
  • Shaping, incubating, launch and driving new businesses/ ventures
  • SALESBuilding sales organization, hiring, mentoring, and delivering results
  • Developing and executing sales and partnership models
  • MARKETING Setting up marketing organization and developing internal and external capabilities
  • Driving conventional digital and unconventional digital marketing initiatives
  • Marketing through conferences, clinical engagements, seminars, and various other off-line initiatives
  • Segmentation, targeting, positioning, and new product/ services launch
  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Building business ecosystem by identifying and forging strategic partnerships/ in-house capacity development
  • MARKETING DEVELOPMENT Creating and executing business opportunities in other geographies and different accounts and different market segments
  • PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Support product development team and IT development teams in the development of market-centric platforms
  • STRATEGY Developing, owning, and executing the overall business plan
  • Representing business in various forums e.g. public forums, board meetings, senior management business reviews, etc

You Must Have

  • 15+ years of experience in Sales especially Concept Selling, Presales & Business Development
  • A good understanding of Information Technology and its commercial uses, with zeal for IT Business Market Research
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency in domains- RETAIL / MANUFACTURING / HEALTHCARE (Either of the 2 needed)
  • Experience working in Information Technology / Software industry
