Job Summary Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet end-to-end requirement on any popular RPA platform.Experience in at least one of RPA tools UiPath, Automation AnyWhere, Pega RPA and BluePrism.Understand PPD and accordingly create process automation solution SDD.Experience with Work Queue, RE Framework, Multi-bot architecture, exception handling, aware of citrix automation, TDD, PDD. Queue knowledge at all.Developing, configuring programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable & easy to understand.Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phasesSupporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phasesSupport RPA Developers and team membersProblem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes & providing timely responses & solutions as required.Ability to break down development problems and estimate time for development tasks.Ability to analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA solutions around them.Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.Presentation skillsAbility of interact with senior management and drive communication.Domain Knowledge Should have worked in Natural Gas and Pipeline, Telecom, Manufacturing, Travel or BFSI domain.
