Role: Analyst-IT Ops Services

Exp: 7 yrs to 12 yrs

Skill: ServiceNow ITSM- Platform Administration, Design, Development

Responsibilities:

Platform Administration, Design, Developmentand implementation of Software solutions.

Service now implementation experience in ITSMmodules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)

Extensive hands-on experience of working withscript-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes,client scripts, UI pages, ServiceNow APIs, Workflows etc.

Extensive experience of working withServiceNow widgets and their application.

Experience on Service Portal, Angular JS.

Strong experience in Integrations with 3rdparty tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc).

Maintain production system reliability throughutilization of Change Management process.

Hands-on experience working with relationaldatabases

Experience analyzing the issues, estimatingthe efforts and proposing solutions or prototyping.

Rigorously follow ServiceNow development bestpractices

Education: Bachelor's Degree in ComputerScience or related field
