What we are looking for We are looking for a Lead Engineer with Must haves 8+ years of experience in backend technologies such as Java, Python, Golang etc. with strong technical expertise 2+ years of experience in working on projects in various domains and applications of Machine Learning 2+ years of experience leading highly skilled technology teams Extensive experience working with clients directly on various aspects of software projects such as requirement gathering, analysis, showcases, etc. 1+ years of hands-on experience in the process of deploying Machine Learning models for real-world applications Proficiency in the necessary tools, frameworks, and platforms for deploying and maintaining Machine Learning models in a production setting Proficiency in development best practices like clean code, unit testing and TDD, pair programming, etc. Experience in building microservices based applications Proficiency in DevOps practices like CI / CD and tools like Kubernetes Roles & Responsibilities Working in an agile cross-functional team with other talented developers Ensure the technical feasibility of all the features working with the Product Owner Ensure good coding practices are followed and have knowledge of test driven development Ensure that the code you write meet our quality standards Optimize code for speed and scalability Monitoring uptime and performance of product features owned by your team Collaborate with team members to resolve blockers and maintain our feature shipping speed
