Scheduling an appointment with Medium & Small industries (MSME) clients. Generating funds / investments through corporate activities. Meeting with Profession segmentation, Like Doctors, Lawyers, Automobiles. Communicating with Residential community, Common professional Community. You should be able to generate ideas for sales promotions & events that are in line with the organization s objectives. Focus Areas:- Achieve sales & targets assigned by the manager. Get leads from sales, technical, middlemen, online resources to find new project sites. Visit new project sites to understand project, customer, assess requirements. Identify prospects and schedule meetings. Collect competitor information and ensure timely follow up with customers to get acknowledgement. Get confirmation on balance from customers and update in CRM. Timely resolve any general customer queries & concerns. Ensure timely collection of payments. Update customer interactions in CRM Performance Expectations.
