Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of complex technical solutions. As the Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. You will collaborate with various teams, including software developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Led cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions on time and within budget. Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and scope. Manage project timelines and ensure project milestones are met. Manage project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Ensure team members are following best practices, including software development methodologies and project management frameworks. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation and budget tracking Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least ten years of experience in software development, with at least five years in a technical delivery management role Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, project management frameworks, and Agile methodologies Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Azure DEV OPS, and Confluence Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure
