Job Summary

Qualifications Students who are in the final year of studies or a graduate who is available for full-time internship for a duration of at least 6 months. Responsibilities Collaborating with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand the job description Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms Sourcing candidates through internal databases, online forums, social media platforms such as LinkedIn etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Provide support in coordinating candidate feedback and following up with candidates Conduct regular connect with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation and provide insights to the team. Requirement: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills Fluency in English A basic knowledge of the IT domain An active LinkedIn Profile. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn
