Job Summary
  • Responsible for driving accuracy by performing quality audits and analysis for the project.
  • Quality Audits of the processed tickets.
  • Deep dive into our operational procedures to identify opportunities, themes, and knowledge gaps to upskill team performance.
  • Document changes and enhancements to existing processes.
  • Perform meta-quality audits for internal / external teams to review quality calibration, defect trends, and quality disputes.
  • Experience and expertise in Release Management maintaining code versions and test versions aligned at all times.
  • Exposure in devising Test Strategy and Test Management.
  • Experience in Performance Testing.
  • Experience in App Security Testing.
  • Utilize an in-depth understanding of metrics and workflows in order to analyze and report on quality trends and error analysis
  • Support team manager to identify and implement workflow gaps and areas for process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge management material, training content and change management for their Support domain.
  • Provide Feedback to Service Desk Agents and Calibrate to better improve our QA program
  • Concern for Quality : Achieves end-user satisfaction by using effective measurements
  • Client SLAs and internal metrics : Understanding of the client s expectations in terms of the key client deliverables and internal metrics to measure the process performance.
  • Understand and be able to implement performance improvement methodologies
  • Selenium and Junit will be advantage in Testing Terms
  • Good communication and presentation skills / customer interaction Professional commitment to high quality and a passion for learning new skills.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts and technologies.
  • Strong problem solving skills, including providing simple solutions to complex situations.
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate.
