Job Title: Lead Web Developer

Location: Kolkata

Job Description:

We are looking for qualified and experienced Lead Web Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have advanced experience with Node.js, Angular.js, and MySQL, along with solid PHP experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
  • Estimate level-of-effort and requirements for complex development projects.
  • Guide collaboration to design effective, efficient, and scalable solutions.

  • Good logical thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, techniques, and project requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working on international projects.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 4+ years of team-leading and development experience in PHP, Node.js, .Net, Java, React, and advanced JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres, and Oracle is preferred.
  • Experience with Payment Gateway integrations is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Git/SVN, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Service Providers is preferred.
  • Capability to handle large development teams and provide technical solutions.
  • Willing to work in any shift.
