Senior BIM Modeller (Plumbing & Fire Fighting)

Clove Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking BIM Modeller (Plumbing & Fire Fighting) to join the BIM team in its Hyderabad office.

Job Function:

• Giving input on space planning, specifications, requirements and scope of work for the discipline team.
• AdvisingCoordinatoron best practices.
• Facilitate training documentation for basic and advanced co-ordination.
• Assisting both internal and external team members in the development of construction documents and as-built document creation and maintenances.
• Managing submissions and ensure proper QA/QC protocols are implemented.
• Managing and planning Look ahead plans.
• Responsible for weekly Model Review and quality control by filling the Weekly Revit Model with Health Checklist.

Qualification and Skills :

• 4-5 Years relevant experience in the BIM (PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING).
• Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad, MSP, MS Office
• Relux, Dialux Knowledge will be added advantage.
• Should be familiar in all the discipline, mainly in MEP
• Should be familiar with all the designs and able to design on his/her own.
