We're looking for an experienced Kubernetes Trainer to come in and help us take our team to the next level.

Introduction to the Role:

This position requires hands-on experience in delivering training on Docker and Kubernetes. The

candidate should show willingness to learn multiple Cloud/DevOps technologies during his tenure in

our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyzing business requirements, processes, data, and system integration points to determine

appropriate technology solutions.

Guide discussions with customers to identify and scope training needs

Design, develop or customize curriculum for technical training

Collaborate with internal team to design and deliver advanced training courses

Willingness to travel to client locations (Domestic/International) to deliver training sessions

Willingness to work in different time zones based on business requirements

Participate in consulting projects and pilots as needed to ensure offerings

Role Requirements:

Candidate should be a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes

Application Developer (CKAD).

Candidates having Associate or Professional level certification in Cloud or DevOps technologies is

an added advantage

Fluent English language skills with solid writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration

Familiar with various microservice design and architectural patterns

Solid hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, containerd, CRI-O, etc.)

Strong Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD implementation

Experience in automation and DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform etc. or equivalent

counterparts is an added advantage

Experience with hybrid cloud environments will be an added advantage

Proven initiative, positive attitude, team oriented, self-motivated, and highly enthusiastic

Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as a member of a collaborative team

Key Personal Attributes:

A strong 'stage presence' and ability to manage client interactions, requirement gathering discussions,

etc.

Ability to work independently with minimal direction providing technical and non-technical support to

multiple users

Proficient in technology consulting, training and development

A strong people motivator with prominent levels of energy

Proactiveness - Be proactive in understanding the needs of our customers/clients
