JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work as a part of the marketing team and collaborate with sales team to develop event strategies for online marketing events, such as webinars, free trainings, etc.
• Co-ordinating with training ops, SMEs & other stake holders for successful planning & execution of the events.
• You are expected to deliver end-to-end seamless event operations with the goal of demand gen, lead capture, and sales targets/revenue in mind.
• Execute event programs that generate new leads, create new sales/expansion opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our relationships with our prospects and customers.
• As the driver of events, product expertise and/or technically thinking/speaking abilities are required to engage with customers and prospects at a high-level to help generate demand and drive traffic to website for the programs assigned.
• Support the strategy to extend engagement events and programs to other regions than IND through virtual experiences.
• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as promotional events, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
• Develop new marketing initiatives to strengthen engagement with the target audience.
• Participate and lead on all Strategic Marketing planning activities, including research, market mapping, customer segmentation, branding, and all other essential areas of the end to end, ensure effective ROI on marketing investment.
• Monitor market trends, analyze consumer markets activities to identify lead-gen opportunities.
• Some knowledge of building landing pages, running email campaigns, managing CRM, getting required marketing collaterals design from design teams are expected.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing or similar relevant field with at least 1 year prior experience
• Knowledge in EdTech including keeping tabs on current marketing trends
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential in this role
• Ability to multitask, delegate work across virtual teams, and take the lead on several events simultaneously
