Key Responsibilities
- Manager Social media calendar and Schedule social post on all channels
- Manage blog posts and update content on Wordpress.
- Response to Social Media Queries
- Set up & Execute email campaigns, manage database and monitor progress
- Manage chatbot workflow and update content
- Handle the technicalities of Onpage and Off page SEO
- SEO optimization of website Content, Blog, FAQ, Ebooks etc
- Conducting customer, competitor, and product/market research.
- Set up marketing automation to enhance customer experience
- Responsible for establishing reports via Google Analytics and manage Google Webmaster
- Support with Marketing Administration responsibilities.
Must-Haves :
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webmaster)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of Wordpress
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Knowledge on Excel, Word & PPT
