Job Summary
- Proactively learn the product features Liaise with the Development, Test teams, Product Owner to acquire understanding of the product.
- Creating, authoring, publishing high quality technical documentation (e.g. user manuals, getting started guides, how to guides, installation manuals etc.) about the product.
- Provide well structured, detailed, descriptive technical documentation for product features.
- Maintain the repository of all the created artifacts Own, and drive the documentation review, approval, and publishing process.
- Deliver as per the plan and timelines aligned with the product owner.
