Job Summary
What are we looking:We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who will be responsible for designing, winning solutions for our customers. He/ She will be closely working with sales person responsible for set of geographies across the worldJob Profile: Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions that meet those needs. Engage with government customers and understand their requirements and challenges in the lawful interception and data analytics solution space. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government customers and stakeholders. Create and deliver presentations and demonstrations of lawful interception and data analytics solutions to customers. Manage the technical aspects of the sales process, including RFP responses, proposals, and technical discussions. Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and improve product offerings. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends andtechnologies in data analytics and the government sector. Provide sales training to sales teams on data analytics solutions andgovernment sales best practices. Act as a subject matter expert on government sales and data analytics solutions, providing thought leadership and contributing to whitepapers, webinars, and other content.Requirement: 4-6 years of experience in pre-sales or related technical roles in the B2G domain. Strong experience in engaging with government customers in the data analytics solution space. Expertise in data analytics tools and technologies. (BigData/Solr/Hadoop/Kafka) OR Have Strong hand hold in Telecom domain expertise of 4G/5G including PGW/SGW/GGSN etc. Basic knowledge of Servers/Infrastructure/VM/Cloud. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and Manage sales opportunities. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction. Bachelor in Computer Science/ Engineering It is essential to have strong technical skills, industry expertise, and excellent communicationskills to effectively lead the pre-sales team and drive businessgrowth.This position reports to Head PresalesWe exist to enable our customers in safeguarding,
