Job Summary
  • Bachelor s degree in English, communication, business administration or technical writing

  • 1-2 years experience in a role with similar responsibilities and duties

  • Ability to distil complex concepts from a variety of sources into clear, usable documentation.

  • Strong writing skills (grammar, punctuation, form, content, structure, etc.) and attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Word, Excel, Visio) and publishing software (Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Experience writing in a regulated industry and in a regulated environment are desirable.
