Job Description

As aSoftware Engineer Angular, you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
• Working closely with technology and business teams within an Agile/Scrum model
• Understanding Sprint requirements and participating in sprint planning.
• Understanding requirements, design and build modules / components in Angular.
• Building localization features such as localized content, geo specific workflows and features.
• Building responsive apps using bootstrap, HTML and CSS.
• Applying best coding practices such as applying design principles and design patterns, testable code.
• Writing automated unit tests using Jasmine and Karma.
• Following all SCRUM rituals and delivering against all planned activities.

Education

• Engineering Degree - BE, BTech, BCS
  
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory Skills

• Good working experience in design and development of application with Angular 5 using TypeScript.
• Strong experience working with JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap and CSS3
• Should have worked building rich, high performance, responsive and cross browser agnostic UI.
• Working experience of consuming/developing RESTful APIs, Observables, NgRx operators and MVC pattern
• Experience working with TFS/ Git and Git based repositories like Azure repos/GitHub.
• Experience writing unit tests using Jasmine, Karma.
• Angular CLI, Lint and experience using material libraries for pagination, scrolling, etc.
• Understanding of token-based authentication.
• Experience working in Agile model.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills

• State management using NgRx.
• Web component and Chart libraries
• Familiarity with CI-CD tools like Azure DevOps/Jenkins, etc.
• Understanding of FHIR and HL7
• Prior experience of working with healthcare applications will be an added advantage.
