WHAT Youll Do:

The Cisco Collaboration Engineering team is seeking our next Rock Star Engineer to join our dynamic team of Engineers in Bangalore.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of microservices that are used by Webex Products which in turn caters to millions of user base along with providing mentorship to our existing young and energetic team.

Skills required:

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech with 7-10 years of experience with part of it being at a Technical Lead Engineer capacity.
• Professional software development experience in Java and anyone of the frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON etc.
• Experience with SQL/No-SQL database technologies MySQL, Mongo dB, Cassandra, Redis, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Sound understanding in areas of Computer Science such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, Databases.
• Experience in asynchronous web programming with experience in front end technologies like Angular JS, React, jQuery, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Html, Websocket would be a plus.
• Proficiency with Unit/Functional test automation
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, build and deployment systems
• Good working experience in OpenStack/AWS & cloud application development and deployment
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies and devOps
• Deep understanding of secure computing practices
• Experience with distributed systems
• Strong debugging skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• You have good written and oral communication skills, are a go-getter
