We are looking for software engineers to join the Cisco DNA Cloud Offer team. This includes building highly reliable and scalable Network Management services running on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure and involves innovative full stack technical solutions.

You are a passionate engineer having excellent grasp of Test Automation skills with good hands on experience. You are eager & keep yourself updated on the best practices, tools & technologies in the industry. You enjoy working in a team environment & demonstrate a strong can-do attitude. You are passionate about developing quality software.

Automation Engineer Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing test automation scripts.
• Using/Improvising test automation guidelines.
• Researching issues in software through testing.
• Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
• Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.

Software Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• 9-12 years of experience in automation / scripting.
• Previous experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
• Proficiency in programming / scripting skills in Python, PyATS.
• Good knowledge of the various automation tools like Selenium etc.
• Knowledge of cloud technology such as Open stack, VMware is a plus.
• Design, Develop and execute automated test scripts for various functional areas
• Experience with Linux-based systems and network troubleshooting tools
• Experience with networking and protocols like TCP/UDP, L2/L3 debugging.
• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• The desire to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
• Experience working on a variety of software development projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Proactive, - efforts to improve overall group efficiency and test effectiveness.
• Contribute to overall test strategies
