Job Summary
Managers / RO Underwriters / Channel Managers for quotation and HO Underwriters for quote approval and Operations for policy related areas Accounts Dy Manager / Sr Manager for co-insurance payments & debit note / credit note IT for system related issues HR for training purposes Brokers/Agents/Bank and other Channel Partners Clients for Business Generation Preparation & approval of quotes and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, ensuring risk inspections policy provisions, adequate RI capacity and to maintain Turnaround time for quotations Co-ordination with HO Underwriters & Regional Underwriters , Marketing for underwriting approval for smooth business support Close co-ordination with claims and regular meeting with claims and tracking claim ratios on Motor and non motor policies Training the regional underwriting team / training of agents DSTs / Channel managers on product and underwriting Coordinate with accounts department w.r.t policy related matters Accuracy and turnaround time for documentation. Prudent Underwriting in Risk selection, Risk acceptance & Quote approval.
