User experience design from ideation to production through UX concept, user flows, journey diagrams, wireframes, sketches, prototypes, layouts, UI assets, style guides and HTML ready designs.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of designing process for all customers across all products including internal customers and partners
  • Ability to take user experience design from ideation to production through UX concept, user flows, journey diagrams, wireframes, sketches, prototypes, layouts, UI assets, style guides and HTML ready designs
  • Perform usability testing, user research and measure usability impact
  • Comfortable in working on multiple projects of varying scope
  • Promote existing design guidelines, best practices and standards Collaborate with external design/ development partners as and when needed
  • Assist in designing marketing collaterals if needed Job Specific Skills
  • Proven track record of designing of user experience for mobile/Web in a mobile-first environment
  • Should have exper ience of end to end user experience design process.
  • Proficient in Adobe creative suite, Sketch, prototyping and wireframing tools
  • Proven experience in managing and facilitating the mix of internal teams and external vendors as a part of design process.
  • Strong team building and people management skills are a must. Educational Qualifications
  • The candidate must hold a bachelor s degree. A degree/diploma in fine arts would be an added advantage
