Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

~ The person should be handling marketing: Project/ Retail.

~ Should have great experience and thorough knowledge of Construction chemical, waterproofing, paints, pipes, cement or tiles.

~ Should have prior experience in Chemical composition and deal with the parties and give in depth knowledge of product and its application.

~ Should have experience in driving sales, marketing, business development, client relationship management, strategy planning, channel management, distribution, team management, brand promotion, co-ordination, revenue generation.

~ To generate, maintain and grow sales at the allocated accounts in accordance of the business strategy to achieve or exceed the territory budget.

~ Should explore business opportunities in untapped markets and close deals through new corporate accounts.

~ Should build strategic alliances with channel partners through effective relationship management.

~ Ensure Achievement of Sales Targets Defined

~ Overall Responsibility of Handling Distributors, Payments, Supplies etc.

~ Track & Monitor Sales

~ A Dynamic person to handle all the responsibilities
