Job Summary
- Commitment in creating a productive educational experience.
- Supervision and guidance of teaching staff including organization of in-service education of staff.
- General administration and overall supervision of teaching programs. Responsibility for organizing workload of staff including teaching assignments.
- Oversee Recruitment of staff and admission of students
- Review and revision of policies, rules, regulations & philosophy of the College.
- Participation in the College s committee work.
- Provide guidance to the college network of student leaders and challenge those leaders to make the college a better place.
Educational Qualification:
- A master degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system in followed) by a recognized university. A Ph.D degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline (S) in the institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance.
- Professor/Associate Professor with a total experience of fifteen years of teaching/research/administration in universities, colleges and other institution of higher education.
- No T.A./D.A.will be paid to attend the interview.
