Job Summary
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attending calls
- Coordinating and following up with Vendors
- Feeding datasheet in LMS
- Arranging vehicle for caravan
- Assisting Realtors for placing sign boards, handing over the property documents etc
- Maintaining stock of Office Stationery, Visiting cards, Provisions etc.
- Outside works like going to bank, payment of bills etc
- Assisting VP in Admin work in absence of the other support staff
- Packing couriers
- Photocopying of documents
- Perform any other duties as required by the management
- Both male and female can apply
