Job Summary

Must have full knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), its ingredients, design mix etc.
Knowledge of various type of cement, RMC grades and testing parameters.
Regular inspection & testing of incoming materials require for RMC.
Maintain & Manage the QC equipment and plant machinery calibration.
Proficiency in preparing most cost-effective concrete mix design.
Inspect quality and storage of material received at plant.
Trial Mix of all types of concrete will be done by quality Incharge
Maintaining Lab/ Field test reports.
Daily base co-coordinating with client/consultant for material selection/testing/Mix design approval.
Ensure material quality checking and compliance with quality parameters.
Documentation of testing process and reports of materials & final product.
