Job Summary

The ideal candidate is passionate about their work, takes charge and is driven by curiosity. Chalk Studio is an interior Design firm that has completed over 30 projects in the past 2 years. We are now looking for a driven architectural draughtsman to join our team and help create beautiful and functional spaces.

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Interior Designer to create GFC drawings
  • Will be working under strict deadlines to deliver drawings
  • Might be required to go to site and take measurements
  • As the architectural draughtsman, you will be responsible for submitting interior civil, plumbing, electrical and HVAC drawings

Requirements & Desired Skills

  • Complete knowledge of AutoCAD (all Versions), and would have worked under an architect before
  • Should have prior knowledge of residential and commercial interior design, with minimum 4 years in the industry
  • Should have plumbing, electrical and HVAC knowledge.
  • Manage or work on multiple projects simultaneously, effectively collaborating with clients and staff.
